Magrate Yap, who co-founded Shachah Ministries International alongside her husband Pastor Michael Yap; both Malaysian natives, who had never traveled to New York City before; shared an account in a ministry newsletter sent out in the Spring of 1999; over two years before the events of September 11, 2001.

While Shachah Ministries is widely recognized in Christian worship circles for training in the creative arts, prophetic dance, and pageantry instruments such as worship flags and tambourines, Magrate Yap frequently integrated intercessory prayer and spiritual discernment into her teachings. In that late-1990s newsletter, sent out in advance to the registered participants of their upcoming International Prophetic Praise and Worship Dance Ministries Conference set for the Jacob Javits Convention Center for the Fourth of July weekend. Magrate documented in an open vision she shared of her seeing in the Spirit a massive fire breaking out in the top of two "Tall Buildings" as her and her husband Pastor Michael Yap were out on the Observation Deck atop the Empire State Building looking south towards Lower Manhattan. 

The Vision of Fire and Collapsing Towers

In her written account, Yap described being taken into a visual experience where she witnessed:

1. Massive Modern Structures: She saw tall buildings characterized distinctly by their industrial framing—predominantly concrete and structural steel—representing key centers of human commerce and institutional strength.
   
   
2. Explosions and Raging Fire: Without immediately knowing the geographic location, she observed fire breaking out high in the buildings, sending billows of black smoke into the sky.
   
   
3. Catastrophic Collapse: She saw the integrity of the steel and concrete give way, causing the structures to crumble and collapse down into heaps of debris and dust.
   
   
4. Spiritual Distress and Urgency: She recounted that the experience left her under a heavy burden of intercession, sensing an impending shock to national security and global complacency.
   
   

Purpose and Context in the Newsletter

When Yap published the vision in the Spring of 1999, it was not presented as political analysis, but rather as an intercessory warning and call to repentance:

• Shaking of Man-Made Security: In charismatic and prophetic traditions, tall towers of steel and concrete are often viewed as symbols of modern "Towers of Babel"—pride in financial prowess, technological achievement, and human self-reliance. Yap noted that structures men deemed indestructible could collapse in moments.
  
  
• A Call to Stand in the Gap: The core purpose of recording the vision in the Shachah newsletter was to mobilize intercessors and worshipers to pray for the nations, urging believers to anchor their foundation in spiritual truth rather than temporal, physical systems.
  
  
• Post-9/11 Recognition: When the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center fell in September 2001, many within Shachah Ministries' international network recalled the newsletter description—specifically her emphasis on modern steel-and-concrete high-rises succumbing to fire—as a forewarning given to alert intercessors ahead of time.
   

Since 9/11, for over the past 25 years; Eye have observed and documented the patterns of ever expanding International governance control, aided by the global military industrial complex, along with mass-media deception, of the engineered collapse of three concrete and steel high rise buildings, at what is now known as the One World Trade Center; allegedly caused by the impact of two commercial Jet Airliners, which have served the long range goals of the Global Cysts who have the audacity to think that they are the real owners of "Plan Net Earth" 

Yet Da Eternal Creator of Da Heavens, and Da URF designed "Plan Neat URF"; a once and future magnificently, and wonderully designed world in which human beings were granted the responsibility of keeping good stewardship over. Turns out to be "perfectly located" on the edge of the "Milky Way" Galaxy. 

Enabling Astronomers to observe the vastness of the universe from the perspective of a handful of remote international mountaintop observatories that The Voyager I & II Space Probes launched in 1977 sent radio-wave images of Planet Earth captured on an early digital camera outside our own Solar System, which enabled NASA technicians back on Earth that from that Long Distant Voyager perspective the Earth actually looked just like a "small pale dot of light" in our tiny portion of the Cosmos.

4. Anchor Your Ultimate Hope: Above all, remember that empires rise and fall, but eternal truths do not waver. The Psalms remind us: “Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD... He who sits in the heavens shall laugh” (Psalm 2:1–4). 
   
   

The carpet of artificial stability may indeed be shifting beneath our feet. But those who recognize the blueprints of the present hour can build their lives on solid ground, clear-eyed and unafraid.
