NDAA Military Police State 2012 to TEOTWAWKI : "Constitutional Scholar" Obama Breaks Yet Another Promise by Stealthfully Signing a Law Which is Repugnant to our Constitution

 On New Years Eve while vacationing in Hawaii, President Obama committed an act of blatant treason against the Constitution of the United States of America, the very same Constitution that he twice swore an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend";

President Obama broke yet another publicly made promise that he would veto the notorious National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2012 due to provisions in this piece of Orwellian legislation that would enable the U.S. Military to secretly, and indefinitely detain U.S. Citizens without legal representation, nor even being informed of any charges being made against them. 

President Obama also broke his own campaign promise to not use signing statements to any potential Laws that crossed his desk by attaching yet another Red Herring like signing statement carefully crafted to confuse the American people as to the true nature of this act of treason against the civil liberties of the American people. By signing the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, President Obama is further eroding not just the foundational Constitutional Rights of America's founding father's; he is also eroding his own base of liberal support for his re-election campaign at the dawn of this critical election year. What is more puzzling is why President Obama would have the audacity to sign into law a document that goes way beyond anything Hitler, Mao, or Stalin ever bothered to put into writing. Whenever these infamous tyrants wanted to secretly arrest, detain, torture, or eliminate a political opponent they just had their lackey's do it!






Many U.S. Civil Rights advocates were recently appalled that the Executive Branch carried out the execution of a U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaki the American born Islamic cleric who was killed by a U.S. drone strike in Yemen just months after the Obama Administration admitted that they would be targeting al-Awlaki for execution apart from his 5th Amendment Rights of Due Process. al-Awlaki's 16 year old Son Abdulrahman bin Anwar Al Awlaki was also killed in a separate U.S. drone attack days later in Yemen, yet scarcely a whimper arose from the "Main Stream Media" when this U.S. Citizen, and his Denver born son were targeted for execution outside of The Atlantic's article:

In essence by signing the NDAA of 2012 into "Law" Barack Hussein Obama has now shown for anyone who has:

Karpova's article opens with a graphic description of the widespread devastation that an EMP blast strategically set off high above the U.S. would have to our very way of life:

Which means, too, no computers, no internet, no cellular phones or iPods, no television or radio. Your world is silent except for the occasional bird chirp or dog barking...which won't last long with no food for the dog. Perhaps there might be human screams of hunger...or despair.

The country has been transported back to the stone age. Your ability to grow your own food is limited to your access to seeds and whether or not you get enough rain. There are riots in the cities. The only people who have access to fresh food are those with guns who can hunt and those by bodies of water with edible fish..."

Karpova then makes a case for a Preemptive Strike against the Obama Regime by stating the reasons why a foreign power, or terrorist group might justify to themselves that the U.S.A. might just deserve to have it's computer based technology infrastructure annihilated by an EMP attack:

"If Americans knew about this very real possibility, they might utterly panic. It is up to them to make their government stop angering others, tell the government to mind their own business, take care of the home front and stop interfering all over the globe.

No one seriously believes that U.S. troops overseas are "defending freedom" or defending their country. You defend your country only if you are on your own territory or very close to it, not an ocean away. Fighting terrorism? Perhaps they ought to close the bases, dismantle NATO and bring the troops home where they belong before they have nothing to come home to and no way to get there."
